This integration treats the name of the responsible coworker on each customer, as well as the names stated on invoices as Our reference and Your reference. There are however differences between the different ERP systems, please see the field mappings in How It Works for more details.

It is important to keep track of the responsible coworker on customers, and it is a very important part of invoices to be able to see which persons where involved from each side.

Logging of Personal Data

No personal data is logged unless troubleshooting occurs.

Possible Avoidance of Using Personal Data

It is possible to turn off the integration of responsible on the company, but it is probably not a good idea to remove the properties for Our reference and Your reference on the invoice object.
