Invoices

When the sync runs, invoices and invoice rows are fetched from the ERP system and created or updated in Lime CRM. Invoices are always readonly in Lime CRM.

Only booked invoices are sent to Lime CRM. This means only the remaining balance and the "paid or not" checkbox can be updated and the invoice can never be deleted from the ERP system.
