General¶
Some supported ERP systems are cloud based and some are run on-premise. For cloud based ERP systems, the integration is run through a cloud service from Lime's ERP integration partner Syncify. For on-premise based ERP systems, it is run through a service that is installed on a server with access to the ERP system. This service is also made by Syncify.

Some ERP systems can be run both in cloud and on-premise. It is always a good idea to double check what you are dealing with as it can affect the integration.
Integrate With Multiple ERP Databases¶
It is possible to sync data with more than one ERP database per Lime CRM application. This can be done in a few different ways, for example depending on if the same customer can exist in several of the ERP databases or only one. It requires multiple syncs and may also require a customized integration.
