Turnover Calculations and Sales Trend

Every night, based on the current invoices on each customer in Lime CRM, the following is calculated.

• Turnover this year
• Turnover last year
• Turnover LYTD
• YTD Growth (%)
• Sales Trend

It is possible to filter on companies with a certain turnover, a YTD Growth (%) higher or lower than X or simply with a decreasing trend.

Warning

In order for the turnover figures to reflect your financial year, please configure the first month of your financial year in Lime Admin.

It is possible to add more similar calculations of the same five metrics based on other data besides invoices. For example the orders per customer. This is done through configuration in Lime Admin.
