ERP Connector

The ERP Connector is Lime CRM's standardized integration to a number of ERP systems. It offers the possibility to integrate for example customers, contact persons, invoices, invoice rows, orders, order rows, articles and article groups.

Exactly what is supported per ERP system is listed here. Additional objects or fields besides what is already supported for a specific ERP system, may be added through customizations.

Features

A brief summary of what the integration can do for you:

  • Send and create customers from Lime CRM to the ERP system.
  • Keep customers in the ERP system up to date with the latest information from Lime CRM.
  • Show invoices and invoice rows from the ERP system in Lime CRM.
  • Visualize the sales trend and YTD growth (%) per customer, based on the invoicing.
  • Let you segment customers based on which articles they have bought (or not bought!) or their turnover and/or YTD growth (%).
  • Create orders from Lime CRM and have them sent to the ERP system where they also can be automatically converted into an invoice.
  • Keep the article registry in Lime CRM updated according to the ERP system.
  • Activate the two-way sync to fully control the direction of customers and contact persons.
  • Sync multiple ERP databases into one Lime CRM application for full overview and better decision making.

Initially, all customers and invoices can be migrated from the ERP system to Lime CRM.
